Mind maps got quieter. Dismiss a node you don’t want and it stays gone. Moving around the map is smoother too.

Three new guides, on emotional numbness, rumination, and feeling disconnected from everything. Read them

We also wrote a page on AI for mental health, mostly about where it helps and where it doesn’t. Read it

Mind map. sokoon now maps the themes it hears across your sessions and draws the connections between them. It’s in Journey, and on mobile.

Share a chat as a read-only link. From History, you can turn a past conversation into a link that opens without an account. Whoever you send it to can read it and nothing else. Useful if you want to show a session to a therapist, or to someone who’s been asking how you’re doing and you don’t have the words.

You can see what sokoon remembers. Memory has its own card in Settings now. Read what it’s holding onto, and change it by just telling it what’s wrong.

Plans moved into Settings, so managing your subscription doesn’t send you somewhere else.

The blog opened. Longer reads on anxiety, therapy, and what these tools can and cannot do.

Fixed: the homepage video wasn’t loading for some people.

April 2026

Mood check-ins, with weekly insights built from what you log.

Fixed: a routing bug that stopped some images and files from loading.

March 2026

Shared sessions. You can invite someone into a session with you.

Security: tightened how we handle cross-origin requests on the backend.
